Shipping Cost

Domestic Delivery Information:

• Unless chosen during checkout, signature is not required for delivery. • If unavailable at delivery, the parcel will be left at the safest location determined by the carrier. • For enhanced protection, insurance options are available during checkout. • Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days via USPS.

Tracking and Lost Packages

• All shipment methods include tracking. • If a package is lost, idle, or undelivered, you can file a claim through USPS or contact your local post office. • For returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, with trackable shipping recommended for items over $75.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items over $75.

Refund Policy

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective. All sales are final. If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank. For inquiries about missing refunds, reach out to us at starwishcrystals@gmail.com. Cancellation and Out of Stock Items: We make every effort to notify customers of out-of-stock items. Cancellations are not accepted as all sales are final. For damaged items, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photo proof via email (starwishcrystals@gmail.com).
